daily activity (english version) #2

hola guys..
back to my blog, and again i will to tell you about my activity i hope you not boring to read my blog...if you feel abstract to read it please keep read for make my heart so happy, you can comment my blog in comment coloumn for reference to me.

directly talk about my activity today...
this morning i come to campus little late because rain and i'm late to wake up but i late because i'm work to task my blog, maybe nothing a reason justifying. when i arrived in kitchen i'm intoduce my self in fron of my classmate and senior...for this semester senior incharge is new senior come from training.

today i'm practice puff pastry form and look how to results egg from slow cook method...but before that sir ical come to interview about puff pastry and dishes egg materi and half my classmate dont reading last night and because it sir ical tell they to back home...after interview sir ical tell to we for doing to puff pastry...when dzuhur time coming we going to praying after that we back to kitchen for to listen about way to blog and look results egg from sous vide...after that finish we doing to general cleaning after that we going to home.

recicpe of puff pastry

ingredients:
1kg hard flour
800gr fat
15gr salt
700ml water

P R O C EDURE

Mixing:
1. Place the first quantities of flour and butter in a mixing bowl.
With a paddle attachment, mix at low speed until well blended.
2. Dissolve the salt in the cold water.
3. Add the salted water to the flour and mix at low speed until a
soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
4. Remove the dough from the mixer and let rest in the refrigerator
20 minutes.
5. Cream the last quantities of butter and flour at low speed in the
mixer until the mixture is about the same consistency as the
dough, neither too hard nor too soft.
6. Roll the butter into the dough following the procedure shown in
Figure 34.2. Give the dough 4 four-folds or 5 three-folds.
