back on my blog oreganolife which is none other than I will tell all the activities that I did all day at the Poltekpar Makassar campus precisely in the kitchen ... as usual I will write my activities for the next four days and just start ... . Today, February 25, 2019, is the first day of this week, I returned to the kitchen after a week ago in a theory class that always provoked drowsiness ... and today is the day when my classmates and I will practice the rotation menu for the first time ... but before we were divided into 4 groups where my group consisted of Irvansyah, Aldy, Anjani, Komang, Fauziah, Ashari, and Iqbal ... on the first day we got the task to make an appetizer with hawaian chicken salad menu and below I will give you a recipe from the hawaian chicken salad.

CHICKEN SALAD HAWAIAN
INGREDIENTS:
538gr meat chicken
340gr pineaple can
226gr cream cheese
10gr stalk celery
40gr onion
As needed salt
As needed pepper
1loaf freanch bread
As needed pecans chopped

PROCEDURE:
1. Drain meat well and blot paper towels to dry meat amd drain pineaple well
2. Bring cream cheese to room temprature to soften and chop celery and onion, med to fine
3. Mix meat, pineaple, celery, onion and cream cheese in large bowl, mix well with fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and chill several hours or overnite is better.
4. To serve cut center out of the bread and stuff with salad. Chop the center bread that was removed into cubes
5. Garnish with coconut or pecans. Serve on party crackers and bread cubes.


that's the recipe for hawaian chicken salad ... and today we only prepare all the ingredients because the menu we make will be processed the next day ... and below I will display some photos of my activities.
